Flasher have been found already.
If your works fit our clients , you will be getting a permanent place in out studio.
Hmm, my strong point is Illustration - so i guess if you have a job, while my schedule is free post here or PM me to let me know. Then we can take it further.
Goodluck on the other positions
Bio check your PM section.
NOTE: The vacation of illustrator is still available!
Hmm I think a flasher to that caliber would be out of your league and out of your price range.
I never seen flasher getting payed more than a 1000 $ a project!

huh? 2advanced - 100k+ for a simple flash site
I think thats flash design, XML database driven backend, and a complete CMS, hosting, domain, traffic all included in the package - maybe some other marketing and promotional bundles too. Then it only seems justice to have such a high price tag.
Well i visited 2advanced studios website, well yea they can do soem awsome flash animation, but not ebsites. After clicking a Portfolio button what you get? Lol some clip and what it all means? maye they re great artists, but i havent mentioned anything so cool, to pay 100k for! i would pay even 10k to them!
Yea, but their type of clients have that kinda money to spend and they don't know any different.
Where can i check their works? I havent seen any in portfolio.
thats the difference between for example ArtLebedev studio and 2advanced:
1. ArtLbedev is a genious of design. 2advanced is a couple of guys(3 of them) that just do good flash but not design.
http://www.pixelranger.com/ < thats one employee's personal portfolio site. He worked at 2a
http://www.probe3.com/ < and this is another one of the employee's sites.
Check them out.
As for Eric Jordan, dunno his personal site. Well it was 2a, untill it developed in to his company site.
They just do good flash.. sure, because that is where the money lies and what companys want. But i'm sure they have all done their fair share of design to get where they are today.
A 3d modeller here can make a movie with much more powerful graphics for 10 k $ and it is easily convereted into flash movie!

Yes, but half the skill is in identifying what is suitable for the client in question and what the client want, or at least what they think they want. Not just full on, amazing, rich, heavy, animated 3d. As many of 2a’s big clients need to maintain that conventional corporate feel, which no doubt limits creativity, originality and expression.

Man me and BlaZe have been sitting and thinking what that should mean, we been thinking for about an half an hour but didnt come to any conclusion.

man dont make us laught.....we visited the links noxcel gave us.....A website for Ford Focus 2005 is not just piece of shit, but the fact that they have no creativity in corporate designs.
Im not sure about u guys, but i think working for clients is different. From my own personal experience, i only work so much till the client is satisfied, and approves the work. I dont really give it my absolute 101% effort - so i guess maybe 2advanced is doing the same.
Just do what the client asks for, and add in a little bit of creative fun. Keep it simple so you know u can finish the project on time and within budget. Guranteed business - its a winning formula dont u think RedD?
Less creativity, more client's wish... hm... this is not very good. First of all you are an artist so you should convinse the client (gently).

I wish you luck... For me its all about the money, but I still will give it my best effort, I am proud of every website I did. I think you should edit your post, cuz its sad really
Ok the flasher have been found. Other vacations are still on.
nox, by that comment i mean, i will never dedicate more time than what i give to my current sites. Obviously they need to pass a certain professional level - and be usable, reliable and compatible. But deep down i still feel i could have done better. Maybe its just me
I am never satisfied with mine designs even when they are 90% done, i try to do everything to improve them, so thats the way i am working. I release a finished product, not liek you Bio, you do develop it throught time, which many clients wont like.
heheh yeah thats exactly what i was saying.
To Administrators, please close the thread, we found all the artists we were looking for .
