Well, I had this site with a friend of mine, he made cool animations and games, and I did the programming. But then we wanted to switch host, the old one didnt support mysql databases. When we tryd to switch (the domain was 2 days unregistered) they just took it and refered it to their site. They've done this with so many domains!!! Especially the domains wich are registered to newgrounds.com (icheez.com,ignition187.com) so there's no coincidence, their just stupid domain rippers :(, I send them an email, and al they got to say is: give us $800 and we'll give it back :S, I dont want to spend that much money on the site. But we made so many animations and games, it was all for nothing cuz all the fla files were, pre-rendered (renedered with swift3d with icheez.com text in it). We didnt save the swift files... DAMN we worked so hard for it :'(
I run netster, and it is entirely untrue that we "steal" domains. We do register them and forward to search among other things. However, nobody ever emailed us about this domain, and we never offer domains for a price. I ask that the person send us another email.

I guess, when my story becomes public you suddenly turn up ... well its been over 3 years now, and i've moved on to bigger projects. The damage has already been done ;)

Well idea with court is interesting, but possibly you will loose the process, cause you lack evidence. Also if it happened to me i would just visit those peeps with my uncles -tssss nobody should know- and give them a sign of "respect" straight to their face, rob them and leave them live. Court is a big waste of cash and really little efficency. They can call them selves brokes and you wont get a pennie then.
One my man still cant get money which is 10 kilo $ from one punk which destroyed his car, despite the fact the court ordered a punk to pay and mine friend won.....
Lets see some action taken against NETSTER - since it seems too many people are complaining about it!
