Masta Killa - No Said Date

One of the most skillful Wu-Tang Members released his own CD : No Said Date in 2004.

Masta Killa is the only member of Wu, who did not hurry to release a single album, he was waiting like a ninja, to strike deadly.

The album returns us to old times of "Wu-Tang 36'th Chamber", released at 1993, just like the artists forgot, that hip-hop sounds different now. Old Skool beats mixed with kung-fu sounds and old asian kung-fu movies skits gives us a feel, that Wu wont change their style. The interesting fact is that this time Masta did the beats himself, so RZA just particepated in two tracks as a perfomer . Tracks are called " Digi Warfare" and "School". Digi Warfare gives us the feel of "Bobby Digital(RZA)" style with some really electornical synths, fast beat and non-stop rapping from RZA and U-God, definately one of the best tracks on the album. What comes to School is an ok track, old styleed, clean rhytming and easy beat.

What comes to other track you should also notice the above ones :

"No said Date"
"Love Spell" - really lovely track, smooth and chillin'.
"D.T.D"
"Whatever" - returns us to the times of The W album, remind me of "Gravel Pit".
"Secret Rivals" - wow beat, i love it, can listen for hours !
"Old Man" - feat. Ol' Dirty Bastard and you know who the guy is, exactly the funniest rapper on earth. THe beggining track "I want 2 sliced pizza, double cheeze ..." and his sound slike "Tratatam" make me smile and enjoy the track.
