very nice... that background has a painting feel to it, with the small "hightech" scrabbles and charts.. it gives it a good feel. Maybe give it more trendwhore detail to spice it up a bit more.
The 2d sticks out so bad, looks so forced. Relax and let it flooooow. Also i'd try lower the opacity of the 2d a little aswell. Good work though, keep it up.
the filters you threw together.. well ist kinda funny.. the result is yeah.. cool.. i like it.. but for a deskotp a littlebit to hard.. and the messages.. rething them.. can be done better..
Oh if this is the first time, then one important thing is learn to deal with critisism. Theres always good and bad comments, so use them to your advantage and learn to improve your work based on the feedback...
Well there is first and first. If he decided to make a wallpaper as one of the first things he makes in photoshop then ok. But tbh someone coulda been very experianced before they actualy make a "wallpaper". heh
