Red, I think dark colors are easier to read and have more "pro" look.
GD is boring and I don't like TutsForums cuz I pi$$ed off their admin and he banned my ip, hehe, I had some fun though :lol:

Update: Ok, I am happy with post icons now, will add new buttons tomorrow. Right now, I do not have time to do something cool with header or footer, but its coming later...

Those black buttons dont fit the blue interface.. unless you intend to make the header and footer darker too, which you havnt done so due to laziness ;)

The buttons are perfect not the layout. I want to keep the same Vb structure because it will be easier to update the software in the future. I want a perfect header and footer so its coming when I will be happy with it in photoshop. THe layout is only 40% done, so relax... 8)

Ok now thats more like it. Much better than the version i saw before ;)
The colour scheme is good, balanced not too much for the eye cos of the light and dark contrast in colours but overall it lacks a powerful header for the forum.

P.s: if its one thing i learnt from GfxForum its to minimise the number of forums. Try to start with little, then expand as the forum grows more and more.

OMG contest is a bad idea to me, takes much time, going through tons of crappy works and etc.
