dont use green if you cant design :!:
To start off with, there are JS errors on the site. This needs some fixing. The colour choices need more work. The contrast is too much, you cant have such a blinding green on the header yet have a silvery/grey interface. It makes ur visitors run away.
Work on the site a little bit more.. it'll improve over time. Yes, TIME you need to spend a lot of it on this site to get it perfect. Its not something easily achieved ;)

No one (who isn't your mate or family etc), will reg on your forum if you have that horrid header.
well i changed the site to red and black it looks more complex now and also as for the header for the forums i making a new one thats just temporarly. :D
What does all this crap mean? Don't expect Dreamweaver to do a good job in coding your site.

o yeah for that div=align stuff thats just the postions of the images like in the middle.
Good update, but you need to be gaining more ground day by day. Also that black background with white text is too much of a contrast, makes the text difficult for the eye. I suggest you read and understand these two articles very carefully:

I think you should make the main plate separate from background. Now it looks unfinished... But keep it going... I also like your header.
there was one thing i forgot to do in my style sheet and that was resizing the font to 11px :p thats probably why the fonts are messed up and big :p

Better than before. For sure.
The hit counter, harsh text:background colour schemes and underlined titles still make you look like a newb. There is also a big difference between 'affiliates' and simply placing reciprocal links, don't label them affiliates just because everyone else is doing it.
Even though I strongly suggest you lose the hiit counter, isn't it rather stupid that the number increases with every single page that is visited as oppose to the entire website as a whole?
Get rid of the hit counter deff.
Affiliates are ppl who you have an relationship with. Both agree you are affiliated and link to eachother. Mail the ppl you want you affili to and see if they want to.
yeah thanks you guys are really helping me alote. ill remove the hit counter and fix some of the graphical stuff. also i didnt make the affiliate navigation becuase of others i made it so other people know that im affialiating and such. im going to make a script for affilation form :D

Much better now it looks more professional. Some tips though:
- remove that GoogleAd or change the colour to the fit into your site's theme
- there is a JS bug on the scrolling affiliates :?
- The pictures on your Tutorials section need to be so it looks better
- your shoutbox has a double scrollbar. fix the size so that it fits into the box on your layout

well i can fix the google ad. As for the iframe cuz the shout box is gay and i cant find a better one like www.pixeljunkie.org i cant fix it. pixeljunkie sent me a link to download it, i got it into the db and dont know where to go from there :( its cFNuke

as for the js im not sure what the bug is. do you know where i can find better shoutboxes and scrolling script?

The 2nd link contains almost everything you would need - its the largest scripts database around so have a go looking in there.
thanks for those wonderful links i kept some future scripts from dynamic drive.com but i found out how to fix the shout box and hopefully it fits now :D
