Hey.
This is an AK-47 converted to a Romak-3 (It's not entirely like a Romak, the body and the barrel, and front sight) Done for a friend who's gonna convert his AK-47 softgun by making new barrel and wooden parts for it, he got skills, so I'm looking forward to the results ;) maybe I'll post a pic.
Nice mutant of 2 models. Good detail!
Good model, excellent level of detail.. awesome realistic looking texture and lighting. Do i see some metalic dirt in there too for extra realism? 8) Cool!
ELF, two questions for you:
1) Do you have Paypal?
2) Want to make some money modeling simple models for me?
thZ
No, no paypal.
If the models aren't too big, so I can do them inbetwin my homework, yea, that would be great :D

i will pm you now.
good level on the receiver and the mag, the iron sight atop the bolt needs a little work though, its not flat like that
I've already said mine opinion, Elf. Good work, dude!
really, really nice
well you heard my word about it, 1st i thought it was a svd lol
Yea, what the heck is wrong with you man! Can't you see that's a modified Romak-3? tsk tsk ;)
test your new weapon on b00m ;)
but eehm.. nice work .. :p again ;) (Y)
arg, on msn he said i had the closest guess
Yea yea, none of you know a damn about guns... except Greg of course :P
Like Greg said, great work on the AK mag and receiver, though you have to be careful about the Romak's muzzle brake (yours is a flash suppressor). The Romak's front sight is a little more rectangular and not as wide, and the muzzle brake has 4 distinctive angular cuts along it's length either side.
Here's a nice pic of a 1st Cav guy with a Romak without it's optics (almost the same way you want it).
Yea, you're absolutely right!
But... This is an AK/Romak hybrid, so the sight, the muzzle flash suppressor, and the body is form an AK. What's changed is romak wooden parts added, and expanded barrel for room for the front handle part.. also look at the rear part of the body, look how it makes a bend inwards on the romak, which is not there on an AK, so I had to modify the mooden part.
Oops hadn't noticed that! BTW u said u friend will be building his own parts? That's pretty cool, and quite impressive, especially if he'll be doing the stock and funiture himself too. Kudos again for the model.
Well, he's pretty good with wood... So yea, he's gonna make the buttstock and the grip himself, from scratch...
He's gonna be the only softgun player with a Romak-3 :P Kinda cool
