Hey everyone, this is my first organic creature. I a drawer and i drew up this guy and i decided to model him. If my scanner is not gay anymore ill try to upload it. But So far ive been modeling him by looking at the paper. This is what I've done so far, a few hours in a day of work.
He's like a parana/dragon/lizard/monster thingy :) lol how did i get this well
his eyes remind me of paranas,his overall face structer is a mishmash between a lizard/dragon. His ears actually now that i look at them look like bat ears...lol. anyways ill shut up now.
I really suck at texturing and especiallllly lighting....if u guys know of any advice for lighting especialy im all ears....or eyes?

Nice i like it, as u said it lacks the texture level - but thats something you'll improve on over time. Keep working on this, lets see what this random creature turns into heheh
I worked on it some more and put the head together worked on the texture a bit. New Teeth too.Check it out.
And i got that glowy effect from bringing it into Photoshop7. But i want to learn how to do that in 3dMax5.
P.S. The image with the teeth, the face is low poly. Not MeshSmoothed.

ya.....srry i forgot to post that my 3dmax is fucked up, wont load. I'll try to get it working sometime or ill just wait till i can get a copy of 3dmax6. Srry guys.
