I think you should remove the cracks and the holes with drip coming out, or just make the cracks look like they are downwards, they give the illusion like they are beveled up.
You could try making your layout in css, loads faster. And the iframe is irritating (just my opinion).
Some people like to select text while reading it, like you have a finger under text while reading, so not being able to select is not right either. I dont know why you made a no right click, so peeps cant steal your pictures maby? but you can click em and download them anyway, and the source can be watched with view>source.
I dont have any remarks on the rest of the layout, looks great :)
I think you should remove the side panels al together. They just bring the level of the site down. The background music can get annoying very very quickly, so something needs to be done there. The overall usability of the site is lacking and the arrangements of some sections are nonexistent. Its clear that u spent more time on some sections than others ;)
A page that you need in there is the About section, where u talk about the site, its history and about the author :idea:
Note: if you're gonna keep using the Biomutation cursor i appreciate some credit visible on the site. Otherwise thats down right ripping! :!:

another thing, not much need for a top button if you use iframes :)

Much better... But what happened with the bottom part? It cuted off.
Much much better over the last layout. It has balance and a flowing design now at least. Hopefully it'll get better over time ;)
First problem of all beggining designers is putting their previous websites design into portfolio! Remmber : Noone cares.
The layout is nothign special and also very boring cause of a bad contrast(everything seems liek faded, hey information should be shown clearly).
