NTFS or FAT32?

Mine hard drive been formated to NTFS. Coudl somebody tell me the differnece between those 2? Thx in advance

NTFS: Safer than Fat32 (more stable)
Fat32: Faster than NTFS (less stable)

With NTFS you can set proper permissions on folders and system files, set security options for different users. With FAT32 everybody's files are shared and accessed.

If this PC is only used by you then FAT32 is the way to go, if you're going to have different users sharing the pc then NTFS is the way to go

NTFS is the only safe choice...
It got several functions which enhances the safety of the files on the drive, in terms of both crashes and illegal intrusion..
Don't go with FAT, it sucks, it's badly build, and it's becoming quite old...

With fat you ca nuse files larger than 1 gig right?
