Glad you guys like what you're getting. I know there are many forums out there that have more activity but im sure the level of professionalism, enthusiasim and the general feel doesnt compare to this site! 8)

Thats half true b00m. We started this early last year in december but something went wrong we over complicated the backend and the system was a failure. Me and Thomas ended up starting the system from scratch again and putting together all the elements.
To be honest we're both still not completly happy with how this one is going. Although it's powerful enough and does the job, Thomas is already begun rewriting the system from scratch once again. This time we're creating own very own backend engine thats twice the power and speed of phpnuke. We will also have more freedom with how the theme and content is done - so at the moment we're still optimistic we can shake off that "nuke" look and improve the site further.
This is the reason why we havnt been quick to fix some bugs on GfxDiary - because we're both working hard on the new GfxUnit system. This doesnt mean we are abandoning this system just yet. We'll keep this and work slowly on the rewrite, taking our time and making sure we dont over-complicate the backend.
One thing is definate, im proud we achieved so much and a major THANKS goes out to Thomas!
