In version 3 of the script where it says:

Well an animal with the power and skill of a plant will not be that good. it will be funny to watch but not really good at taking over the world. Although this means the plants will be good at spreading, it also means that the infected animals might try to disperse their pollen on non-infected animals. If the virus is supposed to be sort of keeping itself hidden, a bear spraying pollen onto the back of a human or any other non-infected animal would look a bit suspiscious(sp?).

Thats what i had in mind, a way of animals (and other living creatures) to spread the virus between them so i decided to bring in the plants since they're "living" things too :o
That way, the virus would spread from the animals or other infected creatures throguh the plants. Dont know how exactly, but you know, its all science fiction mumbo jumbo :wink:
