Create some cool abstract 3D graffiti looking model (maybe make it '2D' in a vector app and extrude it out in a 3D app - apply modifiers/deformers etc?). Take a photograph of a nice brick wall, in photoshop duplicate render layer, 70% overlay layer mode on one and 30% normal layer mode on the duplicate layer.

I'd add this to it though.. colour the main layer lime and make the shadow colour pink - now thats urban! Fresh Prince!
