As far as I can remember last time I checked, some subforum MODs can offer this functionality - you may wanna start looking for those on the links above!
Do you mean the recent active topics on the main page? Please explain what you mean by "topics title like vBulletin" :)
Most of the things you see here arent straight MODs. They've been reworked and integrated with the help of Thomas our GfxDiary programmer!
