RedD you were warned for sending threats through PM. And failure to comply with this warning by continuing to send threats led to your PM previleges revoked indefinatly. You have pledged to follow the rules pending your last permanent BAN from GfxDiary, and to be sincere and respect users and the site - have you forgot that pledge?
There is a difference between sending abuse and sending threats but ultimately we treat both with a serious approach hence the tough rules around here.

I've given this thread some time to resolve, yet nothing has changed. The name calling and obscene language is still being exchanged.
Since both parties have stated their desire to leave GfxDiary, I will now take it upon myself to make that wish come true.
I'm sending out a 3 month BAN for RedD and SithLord. Hopefully this will give you both time to resolve your problems through email or any other means outside GfxDiary and its public mainstream.
Note: Look back at this thread in the future and you'll see how childish both of you have acted for people your age. I expected this from 12 year olds not GfxDiary veterans!
The user BomberMan has been BANNED! After an investigation, GfxDiary came to the conclusion that an existing member RedD who was previously banned from the site was the culprit behind the account.
