Ok, i finally decided to give a try to illustrating the full scene, because it is required for our future design.
What will i use : Illustrator + PhotoShop
Here i started with simple shapes and everything looks bad now.
This is going to be a show down ;)
It looks more like an elephant (with a very short trunk) than a pig, but I'd like to see where this goes.

well, It's a funny little thing.. but to call it a pig.. :roll: nah, don't think so :p
Illustrating means changing the whole character idea ;) Well it wont be a full pig, it will be a pig statue, where people can insert coins to save some .... As soon as i get back from gym, i keep progressing this one.
So it'll basically be a piggy bank then? Cool :cool:

Ok fixed soem lines, but still more to fix, removed ugly eyes and filled it for beginning.
It's cool, a bit too pink for a pig. I know they're supposed to be pink but not too pink.
Ok changes done, fixed it liek tons of times, cause wanted to add a better shade on the lower part, still gonna add some shades in some parts, but it is later, when the hand will be done ;) For now you can recognise the 40 % done pic:

Aha well just back to work. Now i am going to add a mallet (hammer), because it fits the scene idea. Here i did the quick scetch of mallet and want to know, what you guys would like to see a mallet with a hand holding it or just a mallet ?

TIP: I think the pig's eyes should be coloured white. Also if you compare the left ear with the right, they dont seem symetrical. The perspective seems wrong. Think about where the dark pink fill is positioned on the right ear, maybe if you bring it diagonally (down and right) it may fix it up.
Question: a mallet is the one with a big head (usually made out of wood). If your idea is about a piggy bank, and a way to open it up, then it would be more fitting to use a mallet as opposed to a hammer. Frankly, using a hammer destroys your cartoon theme you have flowing here. Do you get what i mean?
Good job so far though, keep it up.
I am working on the theme now, i found some ideas, while sleeping and i feel like this illustration gonna take me more then few days, as it was planned before. Here is how it works now in line-art :
The sad fact is that i dont know, how the door of safe looks from inside, i mean what lines it should have.
Hmm, it seems weird. Why have a piggy bank, when you're just gonna use a safe for it?
Thats like a safe inside a safe. :? Doesnt make sense!
Yea life dont make sence man. Anyway eventually the idea is too hard (well it will take much time and i dont have one), so i overrided the idea dn will post the end result tonight.
Any results? Its been more than one night!
If you were this lazy you should have just made a Ball Safe why choose all thise complexity of pigs?
